问题出在用root运行yumex升级一些程序时yumex长时间停止响应。强行退出yumex。注销root后再次root登录时在桌面弹出一个错误提示框：
"packagekit error"：
Update applet is running as a privileged user
Running graphical applications as a privileged user should be avoided for secruity reasons.PackageKit applications are security sensiteve and therefore this application willnow close.
关掉错误提示框后系统运行正常，也能使用yum。
用一般用户登录不显示错误提示框。
使用 yum clean all 也不能解决问题。
