请教红旗下bittorrent的使用

在硅谷动力网站下载并安装了Python V2.3，并下载了http://download.enet.com.cn/html/222102003093001.html#desc的BitTorrent for Linux并进行了解压，但不知道该运行哪个程序。请各位大侠多多指教。
